Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.

Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with www.q-bo27.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. www.q-bo27.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be www.q-bo27.com or may in some cases be a third party. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability

We reserve the right to cancel orders based on a mistyped price. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as posible.
Prices do include taxes (according to the current legislation).

Complaints
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Products Ownership
Products will be owned by q-bo27 until the payment of all services. Responsibility on products will be transferred to the customer when delivery proccess is completed.
Delivery
q-bo27 Webshop will deliver you within 20 weekdays unless anything else is stated. Please note that handmade goods are often produced to order, delivery times can take longer. You will be properly informed if the delivery period is longer as soon as posible. You are always welcome to contact us for further information.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery adress that you have previously stated. Please make sure that the delivery address is correct. We won’t be responsible if your delivery address is neither correct nor complete.
Cancellations and returns
To cancel or return your order, please let us know previously through email ([email protected]). As a customer you have 14 days (since you receive your order) to return your order. We will contact you as soon as posible in order to let you know the instructions to be followed.
Goods must be returned in the same conditions as you received them.
Once we have checked that the returned goods do meet these specifications, we will send you an email for the acceptance. The refund of the total amount will be conducted within the next 15 days since we receive the goods returned.
The amount will be refunded to the same person that made the payment. The total amount will be refunded, including all the delivery costs included in the price. The amount will be refunded by the same payment method used by you, unless anything else is stated.
We won’t be responsible if the return of the goods is wrong. If your return does not meet the specified specifications, you won’t have the right to receive any refund.

Faulty items
In order to effectively manage the return process of faulty items, you must contact us as soon as posible through email ([email protected]). Please let us know the return reasons, your personal details and the order number.
If the fault is related with packaging, you must report it to the delivery company when you receive the order.
As soon as we receive the faulty item, we will examine it to let you know as soon as posible by email the acceptance or substitution of it.
The returned and accepted faulty goods will be totally refunded. We will use the same payment method that you used, unless anything else is stated.
The package must include a copy of the invoice.
Exempt are the rights recognized by the current legislation.
Garment Care
Knit apparel is really delicate and valuable.
Care must be taken when using watches, bracelets or similar items that can attach the fabric.
To correctly preserve q-bo27 items, we recommend you to hand wash them inside out, in cold or warm water (maximum 30ºC). Use a proper laundry detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and do not bleach. Do not leave to soak. Try not to rub. Be careful not to hang out the clothes to avoid their deformation. Dry flat.
When ironing, put the item inside out and do it at low temperature. If the garment is very delicate, use moderate steam without pressing down the item, at least up to a range of 5cm.
Our garments are knitted using high quality fibres entailing fewer washes to preserve them. Try to aerate the garment after each use.
Following all these advices, your q-bo27 knitwear will remain in perfect condition.
